Remote Support

Click the link below to access the iCAPS remote support area where you can grant an iCAPS support operative temporary remote access to your system.  Describing and diagnosing support issues over the phone can be a slow and frustrating process at the best of times but, by using remote access, iCAPS can view and remote control the customer’s system in order to resolve problems more efficiently. A username and password are required to access this area and can be obtained by contacting the iCAPS office.

Please note that Remote Support should be used by prior arrangement with iCAPS so that we can ensure someone is available to accept the connection request from the customer site. Remote Support
